We believe an educated, involved citizenry builds a strong community. The citizen volunteers of City Council, and the City commissions and committees, (Planning and Zoning, Parks and Trails, the Quincy Farm Committee, the Board of Adjustment and Appeals, and the Public Art Commission) appreciate your input to make good decisions for the benefit of all residents.
Stay involved and informed on issues as they arise. Click here to check out the wealth of information available on the City website. Click here to sign up for e-mail notifications of City meetings, minutes, newsletters, and other information.
Take a few moments to read the Master Plan, and the Blue Ribbon Panel Report to understand the common goals and objectives which we believe help preserve the open, pastoral landscapes and rural character that we so enjoy in our community.
Finally, take the time to speak up on issues of importance to you. Chat with, and get to know your City Council representative. Volunteer to serve on a City commission, or committee. Help with a special event, or share the benefit of your good ideas with others.
