The Honorable Gregory J. Hobbs, Jr. will be our guest speaker for the first annual Conversations About Conservation Educational Event on April 20, 2016 from 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
Preserve, Conserve, Sustain and Inpire: These are four great water principles to live by. This is an oft-repeated mantra of Justice Gregory J. Hobbs, Jr. A poet, an author, an historian, and one of Colorado’s foremost experts on water law, Justice Hobbs will enrich our knowledge about water that runs through the Village, the history of water in our area, what controls how much we can have, and where it must go in the future. Justice Hobbs retired from the Supreme Court in 2015 after almost 20 years on the Court, and prior to that, over 20 years of practice in the areas of water, environmental, land use, and transportation law. Reservations are limited. Please download the invitation and make your reservation at www.blacktie-colorado.com using the code provided.
