We had a fun and blustery Fall Adventure Day at Quincy Farm!
We learned about four different types of local raptors, including a tiny owl, and the seed swap let us expand our native plants in our gardens. The big topics of the day were native bees, the Quincy Farm beehives and tips on how to invite pollinators into your backyards.
Thank you to our bee and bird partners:

It was a great wrap-up to our fall programs – check out what one of our attendees had to say about it:
“Just wanted to say a huge thank you for Sunday’s Festival event. [CHLP] did an amazing job and we really learned a lot. [CHLP’s] hard work and organization was very apparent and appreciated. We feel very lucky to have had the opportunity. Thank you again!” – Holly E.
